Koreelah National Park, in the north of NSW near the Queensland border, protects one of the state's western-most rainforest areas. Pockets of rainforest within the Gondwana Rainforests of Australia World Heritage Area hug steep slopes below Acacia Plateau and Mount Wilson. Keep and eye out for the endangered Coxen's fig parrot, eastern bristlebird, the threatened brush-tailed rock-wallaby or black-tailed wallaby.

Koreelah Creek campground is a pleasant camping spot at the small grassy area beside Koreelah Creek.

Facilities: picnic tables, wood barbecues, non-flush toilets.
